  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • TITLE
  • ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

We do not warrant that GraniteOS will meet your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRANITEOS BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF USE
  • ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

This applies even if GraniteOS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Data Backup and Loss

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. GRANITEOS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION. While we strive to prevent data loss, you should regularly backup important files to protect against loss.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

GraniteOS is licensed under the GPL-3.0. All components, documentation, and trademarks are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content

By submitting content to GraniteOS (bug reports, feature requests, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

8. Community Guidelines

When participating in GraniteOS communities (forums, chat, etc.), you agree to:

  • Be respectful and civil to other community members
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Not post spam or promotional content without authorization
  • Not share personal information of others without consent
  • Follow the community-specific guidelines and moderator decisions

10. Termination
